2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DeepFaker. By using our service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are virtual units used to access features on the platform. Credits are not a currency, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users. All purchases are processed through Deep-Payments LLC. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Harass, abuse or harm other users

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant DeepFaker a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service. Generated outputs are provided as-is and you are responsible for how you use them.

7. Limitation of liability

DeepFaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via the support page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Osijek, Croatia.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
