How long does generation take?
Most generations complete within 2-5 minutes. If workers are busy, your request is automatically queued and retried.
My generation failed. Will I get a refund?
Yes. Gems are automatically refunded when a generation fails. The refund appears in your balance immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and select Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
